Sprint Nextel will work with 2 GHz broadcasters to relocate them to the new spectrum plan set forth by the FCC. The relocation will involve an 8-step process designed to meet the needs of broadcasters and Sprint Nextel as well as the FCC's requirements. At an agreed-upon date, all market Broadcasters convert to operation in the new channel plan. Replacement of low noise amplifiers ("LNAs"), filters and any remaining antennas, if necessary. Broadcaster returns old, replaced radios to Sprint Nextel. Sprint Nextel provides final reimbursement payment to broadcaster from receipts submitted to Sprint Nextel. Close relocation agreement.
